How long does Creator approval take?
Our team reviews every application by hand and checks the payment (UTR). Your status shows on your profile as Pending, Approved or Rejected. If it is taking long, send your UTR and username using the Payment topic above.
Why was my application rejected?
Usually the UTR did not match a payment or the amount was wrong. You can apply again with the correct details from your profile.
When and how do I get my prize?
Winners are paid to the UPI ID on their profile by the 7th of the next month. Make sure your UPI ID is correct, and that you meet the monetization criteria (60 posts a month, 50+ copies on each).
My copies are not increasing. Why?
One visitor counts as only 1 copy per prompt, and your own copies are never counted. Fake or bot copies are removed.
How do I change my UPI ID or username?
Open My Profile, tap Edit Profile, update the field and save.
